This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which CMC Group, Inc. collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the https://clARity.arweb.app WebAR website, and related clARity websites (“Site(s)”) . This privacy policy applies to the WebAR Site and all products and services offered by clARity.

Our use of cookies, analytics and tracking
We use cookies for the overall functionality of our Site, and we use a small number of tracking and analytics services on our Site to understand how Users navigate information.
When an end user engages with AR Content through the WebAR site, clARity’s servers will automatically collect or access the following information from the user’s mobile device:
The cookie described below;
the Internet Protocol (IP) address which is linked to their device *;
the time;
the make and model of their device (including operating system version); and
information about their engagement with AR experiences (‘Analytics’).
* The IP address is only processed to infer coarse user location, then discarded - typically within a few seconds. The IP address is not stored by clARity with any of the Analytics data collected from WebAR users.
Analytics are used to record and measure user engagement with AR experiences which are unlocked on the WebAR site.
In order to facilitate Analytics, the WebAR site will set and access a cookie stored locally on the user’s device. This cookie contains a randomly generated number. The cookie is a persistent cookie, but does not track users beyond their use of the WebAR site.
Clients are provided with aggregated statistics that cannot be used to identify any user.
What statistics can be measured by Analytics?
The statistics which can be measured by Analytics include:
Number of hits;
Number of unique users;
Mobile platform split (iOS/Android);
End user country;
End user time-of-day;
Average time spent in an experience;
Experience-defined metrics, e.g. completing a game, high score achieved, a social media share;
In each case broken down by day, week and month.

We take measures reasonably necessary to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of your personal information on https://clARity.arweb.app and related Sites, and to protect the resilience of our servers.
