 Jennifer Burch will celebrate her 10th anniversary with CMC Group, Inc. on March 11, 2012. Jennifer began her career with DayMark Safety Systems as a Direct Sales Representative. She then became a Direct Sales Team Leader, and was made the Quality and Training Analyst for Direct Sales. Upon a successful run in that position, she moved into Sales Support. Jennifer now has been promoted to a Sales Analyst for the CMC Group. In this position, she is responsible for building and running reports for all DayMark sales channels, analyzing the results, and presenting them to the sales team.
We asked Jennifer what she likes most about working for the CMC Group. "My favorite thing is all of the people here, whether I work with them directly or not. There is always a feeling of 'family' throughout the company. I love working for a company that cares about its employees; a company that is willing to invest in its employees to help them grow."
When asked what some of her favorite moments were from working at CMC, she said "It has to be the off-site holiday parties. You get to see everyone loosen up, have fun, act silly and generally feel connected to people on a more personal level."
Outside of work, Jennifer loves spending time with her husband Rich (her high school sweetheart of 17 years), her two boys (13and 7), and their 2 year old Yorkie Poo dog. She also enjoys shooting the compound bow at area 3-D target shoots with the family, in addition to deer hunting when the season is in.
