Charlotte Howard will be celebrating her 15th anniversary with CMC Group, Inc. on May 7, 2012. Charlotte started her tenure with the company as a Call Center Representative. She quickly moved into the position of "Tag Team Representative" in which she would assist Outside Salespeople in introducing new products to current customers of the company. She was promoted to Sr. Sales Representative and Team Leader, and is currently serving as an Inside Sales Specialist. Charlotte has proven to be an indispensable part of the Sales Team at the CMC Group.
When asked what her favorite things were about working for the CMC Group, Charlotte responded, "The people most of all, as they are all friendly and work together as a team to get the job done correctly. It’s a family type of atmosphere, people helping people for a common goal."
Charlotte recalled some of her favorite moments working at CMC: "When I first started working here at CMC [during] the Christmas Holiday Season, Bob K., who was the manager at that time, would read a story to us about the angel Gabriel. It was a delightful story and I always remember it at this time of the year (Christmas time). Then there’s the time we decorated an employee’s car with oil change labels. When we have potlucks and everyone brings a different dish to share, [I realize] we have some very talented cooks."
When not at work, Charlotte enjoys volunteering with the Ohio Veteran’s Home, camping in the woods near Findlay, OH, and watching the deer and eagles around her family’s home in Bowling Green. She’s been married to her husband Rick for 36 years, and has a son and a daughter. Charlotte and Rick also love and enjoy spending time with their 2 grandsons and 4 granddaughters.
