DayMark Safety Systems Co-Authors Food Safety Book with Celebrated New York Chef

The book release signifies another form of an educational resource for the foodservice industry from The Complete Safety Source, DayMark.

True Kitchen Confessions covers a variety of topics relevant to today’s foodservice professionals: from purchasing and food preparation to employee, customer, and food safety. Brimming with true stories and tips that chefs and restaurant workers can relate to their kitchens, the book provides insight into daily operations and safe food production and handling. True Kitchen Confessions is structured in an easy-to-read- 10-chapter format with an illustrated breakdown of HAACP directives.
